Finally, a solution for 6.7L Powerstroke owners! Hate wasting $2200 on a new turbo from the dealer because you blew up one or both, look no further. Maryland Performance Diesel fully tig-welded complete bolt on replacement turbo kits feature non variable geometry turbochargers and are made in house at our Baltimore, Maryland Facility. We are offering these kits with either a cast or billet (FMW) 63mm, 65mm, 68mm & 71mm compressor wheel inducers and either 68mm, 70mm & 73mm turbine Exhaust wheels. Everything is included for installation, it is truly a user friendly “in cab” install. When sizing your turbo for you kit, take in consideration Elevation above sea level, weight the truck will be hauling and the desired RPM the truck will be working on. For example the FMW 365/70/.91 Turbo is an all-around great turbocharger for both towing and street fun. It features a decent size compressor wheel and mid-size turbine wheel for fast spool up but also gives you a great top end performance. If you are looking for more of a race only turbo than the 68mm & 71mm compressor wheel with the 73mm exhaust wheel would be your better choice….It may take a little more fuel like what you would receive from dual injection pumps to spool but it wouldn’t be too lagging were street driving is not possible. For individuals wanting to upgrade beyond the S300, We offer the S400 kit. We custom make the S467 in house, we are currently running this charger on both our tow truck and our MFI 6.7 race truck. The EGT’s never got hotter than 1,000* while towing a 48’ enclosed trailer with race truck inside at sea level, The race truck ran a best time of 10.80 in the ¼ mile. The s467 has a slighter slower spool up but is a great highway running charger since the turbine side is barely spinning compared to its smaller counterparts. When running the S467 you may need to upgrade to our Aftermarket intercooler since the stock intercooler cannot withstand the pressure.
